10:00 am – 11:30 am – 2nd Kriya Meditation** [lower meditation hall]
10:30 am – 11:30 am – 1st Kriya Meditation*** [upper meditation hall]
11:30 am – 12:00 pm – Spiritual Discourse
12:15 pm – Potluck Lunch
1:30 pm – 2:00pm – Chanting Class
* Bhagavad Gita is the essence of the teaching of Lord Krishna to his disciple Arjuna on the battlefield (of life). These teachings explained in a very lucid manner by Guruji, helps us understand the way to live our life and its purpose. Bhagavad Gita is the synthesis of Samkhya, Karma, Jnana, and Bhakthi Yoga. All paths leading us to the ultimate goal of Moksha/Nirvana (God Realization).
***Participants in Weekly Meditations must already be initiated into Kriya Yoga in the lineage of Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda to attend meditations.
**2nd Kriya Meditations are open only to Kriyavans already initiated into 2nd Kriya.
