Your support means so much for the fulfillment of the vision of our beloved Gurus, Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda. Our ability to support programs and maintain operations is dependent on raising the necessary funds. Please consider supporting the Temple of Peace.
There are three ways to donate to the Temple of Peace:
1. Pay via Check
Mail checks payable to Temple of Peace, 5925 W. 1st Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80226
2. Pay via PayPal Giving Fund
Have a PayPal account? When you donate via the PayPal Giving Fund site, PayPal doesn’t charge any processing fees so 100% of your donation goes to the Temple of Peace.
3. Pay via PayPal or Credit Card
Donate via PayPal or using your credit card. A PayPal account is not required to use this option, but PayPal will take a processing fee out of every donation you make. Use this option if you’d like to setup a recurring donation (recommended!).
How Your Donations are Being Put to Use
Your generous donations make it possible for the Temple of Peace to make ongoing improvements to the physical maintenance of the ashram facilities, flower and vegetable gardens, and so much more for your enjoyment. And, of course, your loving donations and personal seva go a long way to also help with monthly expenses and on going projects.
YOUR SUPPORT IS MUCH NEEDED – HERE’S HOW you may give to the ongoing efforts that support the Temple of Peace.
Replace the ancient one-ply glass windows
This part of the ashram has the oldest of its structure still in place. The windows leak cold or hot air, having been in use for many decades, and well before the energy conservation that we know about today.
Build awning for front entrance
When it rains it pours—right into the front entrance during inclement weather! It would be very useful to be able to get under an awning to shield oneself from the weather as we prepare to enter through the door.
Replace fence around the property
We were blessed and guided to find our ashram with some grounds included. Originally, the grounds supported playground equipment for the children who attended school there before it became a place for spiritual meditation, and vegetable gardens. The fencing is in disrepair and in different shapes and sizes. A well constructed fence can serve as a backdrop to the beautification and privacy of the grounds itself.
