Shri Gurudev’s Mahasamadhi Commemoration
On December 3, we solemnly commemorate the Mahasamadhi of Shri Gurudev, Paramahamsa Hariharananda — the sacred day on which a realized master consciously leaves the physical body and merges fully into the Infinite. In the yogic tradition, Mahasamadhi is not viewed as an end, but as the culmination of a life lived in God-consciousness. Shri Gurudev dedicated his life to transmitting the transformative science of Kriya Yoga with humility, discipline, and boundless compassion, guiding countless seekers toward inner awakening. On this day, we gather in meditation, chanting, and remembrance, honoring his luminous presence and recommitting ourselves to the path he so faithfully embodied. Through sincere practice and selfless service, we keep his living legacy alive in our hearts.
